The SOAR Coaching Model

The SOAR A Coaching Model By Renae Waneka

A Coaching Model By Renae Waneka
Leadership and Business Coach, UNITED STATES

The SOAR coaching model is based on the idea that women have career goals and aspirations, and that in order to achieve these aspirations, they need help overcoming some structural barriers as well as personal habits and behaviors. No matter their position in life or at work, being aware of the importance of the issues they are bringing to the table and how they fit with their internal purpose will help them stay internally oriented and demonstrate the qualities that set them apart. The SOAR Coaching Model helps women use the “purpose to impact” idea to link the challenges they face at work to their sense of purpose. This idea enables them to live a purposeful life and gives them the motivation to create an action plan to achieve their career goals.

The Jump Coaching Model

Jump A Coaching Model By Adrian Baban

A Coaching Model By Adrian Baban
Change Coach, ROMANIA

The JUMP coaching model emphasizes consistency, pledging to devote a brief amount of time to the strategy you want to develop every day. JUMP investigates the “essence of having a choice” by empowering you through the creation of defined goals, an awareness of barriers, practical strategies for each tiny step, and regular evaluation of your progress toward your desired outcomes. To continue developing, both personally and professionally, you must be prepared to leap when the opportunity arises. Changing careers and career paths is often necessary when imagining your future self. Change is difficult. Ask anyone who has attempted to change occupations, learn a new skill, strengthen a bond with a partner, or kick a harmful habit.

The Awareness A Coaching Model By Suneel Babu Penumaka

A Coaching Model By Suneel Babu Penumaka
Career Coach, INDIA

There are three steps to using the awareness coaching model to create the future you want. The limitations that were mistakenly imposed in the past are a limitation for each of us. They will learn about their limiting beliefs and build a future that is as bright as possible with the aid of my coaching method. With the aid of my coaching technique, my clients are better equipped to take control of their lives, recognize the obstacles in their way, and build the future they see for themselves. The unfavorable ideas or assumptions we hold about ourselves and our capabilities are known as limiting beliefs. These ideas can be created by experiences, upbringing, cultural and societal conditioning, and other outside influences. They are often deeply rooted in our subconscious mind.

Purpose-Paradigm-Path A Coaching Model By Monika Steimle

A Coaching Model By Monika Steimle
Leadership Coach, GERMANY

The Purpose-Paradigm-Path coaching model, which I use, explains my coaching style and philosophy and gives clients an understanding of how I think and the type of coaching work they may expect from me. As every coaching experience is quite different, this fact isn’t a step-by-step breakdown, but it does provide you the chance to consider whether this general idea fits your needs. Contemporary leaders often begin their journey of mentoring and deep reflection by embracing new leadership values. Clarity of purpose is necessary for self-transformation. Your greater mission directs the principles of your inner leadership and directs you on the way to real, lasting change. I am here to assist you and direct you along your path.

Cultural EQ Coaching Model- Michelle Bradley

A Coaching Model By Michelle Bradley
Leadership Coach, TAIWAN

A coach’s ability to appropriately perceive behavior can be improved by developing cultural EQ. It is crucial for us as coaches to comprehend our clients’ underlying beliefs and expectations when working with them. To be able to identify, understand and discuss these candidly in coaching sessions, coaches working across cultures need cultural intelligence and emotional intelligence (CQ and EQ). So, the question is: How can we grow as coaches and improve our CQ and EQ? Since I think it is crucial for leadership coaches working with international teams to integrate their CQ & EQ development, I’ve developed the coaching model described below: A Cultural EQ for Global Communication.

Follow Your ID Coaching Model

Follow your ID A Coaching Model By Cyril Mehanna

A Coaching Model By Cyril Mehanna
Life Coach, GHANA

Three key components make up the “Follow your ID” model: intuition (the I), determination (the D), and self-trust (the ID). I created this coaching model as a result of my experiences as a coach and in my personal life. The gut, the instinct I pay attention to in daily life and during my coaching experiences, is related to intuition. I have developed my intuition through many techniques, such as meditations, and it has assisted me in making difficult but necessary judgments. None of us are born with the capacity to be determined, but we can all work to develop it. In addition to providing the client with the motivation they need to take action, a determination is what can assist a coach continue on his coaching path.

The SAIL coaching model is based on the idea that plotting a course through life – whether embarking a new or making a big change – begins with first seeking out a new horizon, then analyzing current conditions to chart a path forward, then putting a plan into action, and finally launching (or setting in motion) A new endeavor or a new way of being. In the end, this coaching model aims to support people in navigating change so that they can go in a new direction. When appropriate, blended coaching can be used to help clients achieve their coaching objectives while also addressing the emotional components of their journey.
