Growth + Development Research Paper - Cyrus Erickson

A Research Paper By Cyrus Erickson
Executive Leadership Coach, UNITED STATES

The C-suite and executives must reassess and embed the importance of growth + development and its impact on employee engagement for today’s fleeting workforce. Capital expenditures should follow these guidelines. It has been a long time since any investments have been made in the expansion and improvement of human capital. Plans for mentorships, off-site training, online courses, and better or more advanced training are made every year with the best of intentions. However, these are the first programs to be eliminated, delayed, or postponed due to a lack of money. Additionally, deviating from the organization’s obligations and priorities delays these critical growth endeavors. The basis of leaders’ and organizations’ strategies to change from a mindset where “you (the employee) are the driver and owner of your development”

The SOAR Coaching Model

The SOAR A Coaching Model By Renae Waneka

A Coaching Model By Renae Waneka
Leadership and Business Coach, UNITED STATES

The SOAR coaching model is based on the idea that women have career goals and aspirations, and that in order to achieve these aspirations, they need help overcoming some structural barriers as well as personal habits and behaviors. No matter their position in life or at work, being aware of the importance of the issues they are bringing to the table and how they fit with their internal purpose will help them stay internally oriented and demonstrate the qualities that set them apart. The SOAR Coaching Model helps women use the “purpose to impact” idea to link the challenges they face at work to their sense of purpose. This idea enables them to live a purposeful life and gives them the motivation to create an action plan to achieve their career goals.

Lack-of-Confidence vs. Courage

Lack-of-Confidence vs. Courage Power Tool Feature - Renae Waneka

A Coaching Power Tool By Renae Waneka
Business Coach, UNITED STATES

The Lack-Of-Confidence vs. Courage Coaching power tool that builds on the premise of reshaping coaching, giving clients a new understanding of their own situation. The definition of confidence is “a feeling of self-assurance arising from one’s appreciation of one’s own abilities or qualities.” Lack of confidence and the fear of asking for what you want can impede a woman’s career. In order to advocate for themselves at work and move closer to reaching their professional goals, women who reframe their viewpoints from ones of fear and insecurity to one of courage and confidence may find it easier to deal with gender stereotypes in the workplace. With the aid of this powerful coaching tool, a coach may better their client’s self-awareness and give them clarity about their values and future stages in their professions.

Lightness vs. Significance Case Study

Lightness vs. Significance Case Study-Janene Panek

A Case Study By Janene Panek
Teen Coach, UNITED STATES

In this “Lightness vs. Significance” case study, I will be evaluating the disempowerment perspective of a client named Stephanie. She is a client who has lived abroad (and has done so for a while) but is originally from the United States. I have a client named Stephanie who works very hard and is happy to take on a lot of new assignments. She routinely enrolls in new programs to earn certificates and, as she told me, once she becomes invested in something, she tends to “go all in.” Due to her willingness to put in the time and effort, she has built herself up as a subject matter expert in many different fields as a result of the way she lives.

I Can vs. I Can’t

I Can vs. I Can’t Power Tool Feature - Cyrus Erickson

A Coaching Power Tool By Cyrus Erickson
Leadership Coach, UNITED STATES

The “I Can vs. I Can’t” Power Tool, We frequently encounter the limiting belief that “I CAN’T” do anything. This view is the result of a variety of thoughts and emotions related to insufficient resources, a lack of training, an excessive amount of labor, subpar leadership, bureaucracy, and a lack of information. Finally, there are accessibility concerns that cause us to say or think “I CAN’T.” Voicing out loud, or in your head, “I CAN’T,” immediately halts any forward activity, potential, or creative thought. This thought immediately leads to a blockage or cessation of effort. This kind of thinking also places more attention on the drawbacks of a circumstance, issue, or task. Last but not least, this idea is disheartening and fosters unfavorable self-perceptions.

The SLOPE Towards Success Coaching Model

2023/07/21

SLOPE A Coaching Model By Peter Verbansky

A Coaching Model By Peter Verbansky
Life Coach, UNITED STATES

The SLOPE coaching model’s basic tenet is rather simple because it simply emphasizes ongoing, momentum-building action, although moderate action that is in harmony with their current self-perception, has potential goals, and is attainable. Because the SLOPE approach calls for manageable, continuous action with a constant focus on digestible progress, it allows us to meet both mindsets. The most important thing about it is that it never becomes fixated on reaching there in particular beyond simply remembering where it is to accurately orient ourselves in the right direction and, more crucially, to continually motivate us to remember our ultimate outcome, the “why” behind all of our effort.

Getting vs. Giving

Getting vs. Giving Power Tool Feature - Hélène Dumais

A Coaching Power Tool By Peter Verbansky
Life Coach, UNITED STATES

A client’s perspective can be changed from one that is disempowering to one that gives them the ability to break free and advance with the use of the many “Getting vs. Giving” power tools offered by the FlipIt Framework. The four-step process for change starts by illuminating the issue, challenge, or problem; then it asks the client to reflect on how it feels to be in the problem; considers the client’s current perspective, which keeps them stuck or prevents them from moving forward; and finally, it “flips it” to an opposing, more potent, and substitute perspective, which enables a client to consider alternative approaches to solving the original challenge. The FlipIt process softly nudges client out of a mindset that hinders solutions from emerging while simultaneously powerfully challenging any perceived facts a client may have.

You vs. You

You vs. You Research Paper- Peter Verbansky

A Research Paper By Peter Verbansky
Life Coach, UNITED STATES

According to the “You vs You” research paper, before a change can happen, the client has to think it’s workable. The habit that is keeping the change in place is always the biggest obstacle to change, so clients need help getting past their own defensiveness in order to let go of a potentially disempowering routine and welcome a new idea, sensation, or action that will eventually help them advance. New ideas can be offered through delicate probing, ones that won’t terrify a customer and crush their ambition, but rather feel doable and eventually commonplace. Then, by projecting new thoughts forward, encouraging sensations can be generated from that new style of thinking, creating emotions that will eventually lead to behaviors required to produce the intended outcome for a client.

The GLOffect Method™ Coaching Model

2023/07/05

Gloffect Method Coaching Model- Melissa Chapman

A Coaching Model By Melissa Chapman
Leadership Coach, UNITED STATES

The GLOffect Method combines a number of elements to provide a comprehensive strategy for examining how people come to understand their own personal brand, their values, their beliefs, whether they thrive or feel stuck, and what motivates them. Through that exploration, people can advance toward improving how they present themselves in interactions and situations in order to attain their professional objectives. The term “GLOffect” was coined to define the individual effects, influences, and impacts that each person has. Comparing ourselves to others is fundamental to much of our wiring. Comparison is the thief of joy, according to Theodore Roosevelt. Comparisons can take our happiness and respect for our own lives, as well as the power we have over ourselves, if we let it.
